Our Services

At Dr. Jean-Jacques Yaacoub’s clinic, we specialize in treating joint, muscle, and bone conditions using the latest techniques. Whether you're an athlete recovering from an injury or someone struggling with long-term joint pain, our goal is to help you move better and live with less pain.

Arthroscopy

Arthroscopy is a minimally invasive procedure where we use a small camera (arthroscope) and tiny tools to treat joint problems. This technique results in less pain, smaller scars, and faster recovery compared to traditional surgery.

Rotator Cuff Repair (Shoulder Tendon Repair)

If you have shoulder pain when lifting your arm or sleeping on your side, you might have a rotator cuff tear. The rotator cuff is a group of muscles and tendons that keep your shoulder stable and strong. Over time, wear and tear or injuries can damage these tendons. With arthroscopic surgery, we can repair the torn tendons, reduce pain, and help restore your shoulder function.

Anterior Shoulder Instability (Dislocation Repair – Bankart Lesion)

If your shoulder keeps dislocating or feels like it’s going to “pop out,” it may be due to instability. Often, a piece of cartilage called the labrum gets torn — this is called a Bankart lesion. We use arthroscopic techniques to reattach the labrum and stabilize the shoulder, preventing future dislocations and helping you regain confidence in movement.

Meniscal Suture

The meniscus is a soft, C-shaped cartilage in your knee that acts like a cushion. If it tears (common in sports injuries), it can cause pain, swelling, and knee instability.
Instead of removing the meniscus, we try to repair it with sutures (stitches), especially in younger or active people. Keeping your meniscus intact helps protect your knee from arthritis in the future.
